Опис геральдичного знака - емблеми Міністерства внутрішніх справ України

Геральдичний знак - емблема Міністерства внутрішніх справ України (далі - емблема МВС України) являє собою восьмикутну зірку з білого металу у вигляді 48 розбіжних променів. У центрі зірки вміщено зображення малого Державного Герба України. Відтворення зображення емблеми МВС України допускається у пропорціях, що відповідають меті їх застосування.

Емблема МВС України може бути виконана в однокольоровому варіанті.
