This article presents a list of Chilean regions ranked by their Human Development Index (HDI), which is a value between 0 and 1 that summarizes the overall quality of life in a country or region. The HDI is calculated using three key dimensions of human development: a long and healthy life, being knowledgeable and having a decent standard of living.[1]

Chile leads Latin America with the highest HDI,[2] and the latest data rank several Chilean subdivisions among the most developed in the region.
