Jonesia Rukyaa Kabakama is an international football referee from Tanzania.[1][2] She was an official at the 2016 Women's Africa Cup of Nations.[3] In 2021, she became the first female referee to officiate a match at a senior Confederation of African Football (CAF) tournament.[4]
