Comment: this is just blatant advertising currently, please also see WP:REFB for help with formatting sources correctly. Theroadislong (talk) 21:23, 6 August 2025 (UTC)
Comment: I fixed the references so they appear as footnotes. Some of the prose, however, looks AI generated. That requires disclosure, and you should revise without the help of AI. The People, ATX Today, and Center for Child Protection sources are junk, providing only a trivial mention and seem to exist just for the purpose of name-dropping, which doesn't impress anyone. ~Anachronist (talk) 04:50, 7 August 2025 (UTC)

Estilo Boutique (Spanish for "style") is a specialty contemporary clothing retail boutique based in Austin, Texas, founded in 2005 by Stephanie Coultress O'Neill. The business grew to include three distinct stores—women’s (2005), men’s (2019), and kids (2023)—and offers a curated selection of national and international fashion brands. Estilo has been noted for its personalized styling services and styling high-profile clients including celebrities and professional athletes.[1]
History
[edit]Estilo opened its first location in downtown Austin in 2005, founded by former child and family therapist Stephanie Coultress O'Neill, who has a master's degree in psychology from the University of Texas.[2] Stephanie started by selling clothing out of her small condo near downtown Austin before opening her store in the 2nd Street District in downtown Austin in July of 2005. In 2015, the boutique relocated to Casis Village in Tarrytown, and by 2019, Estilo launched Estilo Men; Estilo Kids opened in 2023.[3]
Estilo celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2020, which was covered by the Austin American-Statesman.[4] A profile by Tribeza marked its 20th anniversary and emphasized its evolution and curation of high-quality fashion.[5]
Styling and media appearances
[edit]Stephanie Coultress O'Neill has served as a stylist for local and national figures. Her clients include Chris Harrison, Lauren Zima, Adrian Grenier, James Van Der Beek, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Olympian Gabby Thomas, MLS players Brad Stuver and Diego Fagundez, and public figures like Stacy Keibler and Genevieve Padalecki.[6]
Estilo was featured in multiple episodes of Netflix's Queer Eye Season 6 filmed in Austin, where stylist Tan France visited the boutique.[7] The boutique also appeared in the Netflix series 20 Something.
Stephanie also appears as a style contributor on KXAN’s Studio 512 and has shared seasonal trends and fashion advice.[8]
Recognition
[edit]Estilo has received awards from Austin Fashion Week including Critics’ Choice for Best Overall Fashion Boutique and Best Retailer, and repeated recognition in the Austin Chronicle Best of Austin awards. Stephanie and her husband Todd O'Neill were named among Austin’s most stylish couples by the Austin American-Statesman as part of its Glossy 8 and Out & About 500 features.[9]
Estilo has also been profiled by publications such as Austin Monthly, Austin Woman, The Daily Texan, and Modern Luxury.[10]
Community involvement
[edit]Stephanie Coultress O’Neill has contributed to Austin-area charities, including co-chairing the Center for Child Protection’s Dancing with the Stars Austin event in 2022.[11]
She has also written for Forbes on business and retail strategy and appeared on the podcast That Will Never Work with Marc Randolph. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she and Estilo adapted by offering home delivery, curbside pick-up, and style box services to help customers transition to “new normal” attire.[12]
Brands and merchandise
[edit]Estilo carries a mix of national and international designers. Its curated selection includes brands such as Hunter Bell, Acler, Zadig & Voltaire, Alice + Olivia, Misa, Rails, John Varvatos, Theory, Vince, Vuori, and Aviator Nation, and a variety of children’s labels.[13]
