The Advanced Nanoparticle Generation and Excitation by Lasers in Liquids (ANGEL) conference is an international scientific meeting focused on laser-based nanoparticle generation and laser synthesis of colloids.[1][2] Established in 2010 in Switzerland, ANGEL is held every two years and brings together researchers from physics, chemistry, and materials science to present research on laser-matter interactions in liquids.[3][4]

The conference covers topics including pulsed laser-based nanoparticle synthesis, laser processing, and the application of laser-generated particles in areas such as catalysis, energy conversion, additive manufacturing, and optics.[2][5]
