  • Ramin khanbabaei, is a full professor of microbiology and immunology and a faculty member. He also holds a postdoctoral degree in business management, specializing in strategic management. He discovered and invented a new solution for astronaut food (NASA) by producing high-tech cyanobacterium Spirulina. He also holds a patent for the production of this cyanobacterium at the Hawaii-based Cyanotech Company.This prominent Iranian scientist, Professor Ramin Khanbabaei, was honored to receive the highest civilian award, the Medal of Freedom, from President Biden, due to his influence in the biological sciences (cancer biology) and also for writing several books on sales and marketing-related sciences in collaboration with Jordan Belfort, Tom Hopkins, Mike Weinberg, and Daniel Priestley.<UCLA Center for Near Eastern Studies>. archive.ph.
